SOPHIE B. BOSNYAK Age 91. (picture shown) Model of the month 8/1947 for Billy Tilton Studios. Beloved wife of the late Frank, who was a veteran of WW II, served with the USAAF Flying Tigers 14th Air Force in China, rising to rank of S/SGT. Crew Chief, supervising inspection
of the P-38, P-39, P-47, and the P-40 Warhawk, Fighter Planes. Loving mother of Diane (Karl Donnell)
and Frank S. Bosnyak. Cherished grandmother of Cris and Rhiannon. Great grandmother of Owen and
Bradley. Dear brother of Walter Ficyk (Charlotte) and sister Helen (deceased, John Sawchyn (deceased),
(children: Johnny (deceased), Bill (deceased), and Elaine (Tom) Cline, and Sadie (deceased, Joe Felong ).
She had retired after 25 years from Cuyahoga Community College, where she worked in Registration. In 1954 Frank and Sophie became dedicated baptized servants of Jehovah, faithful until their deaths.
She was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Brooklyn (Cleveland), where memorial services will be held
at 5:00 p.m, Friday, February 22, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 4765 State Road, Brooklyn
