Roger E. Beckley

Roger E. 'Bud' Beckley  Age 78. Passed away on March 15th with his family by his side. Beloved husband of the late Deborah L. Cherished Dad of Julia (Timothy) Oldham, Doug Beckley, Lori (Mark Smith) Beckley-Smith, Kim (Chris Marek) Beckley-McCrimager and Luke Beckley. Step-father of Michelle (Steve) Vida. Grandpa of 16 and great grandpa of 14. Dear son of the late Russell and Arlene Beckley. Brother of Joan (Bob) Kovacs, Russell Jr. (Venida) Beckley, Dennis Beckley, Linda (Ronnie) Eskew, James Beckley and Darlene (Tony) Simone. Uncle, great uncle and good friend to many.  Loving companion to Linda Ponyicky. Bud loved holidays, birthdays and all family traditions. He was a Cleveland sports fan especially the Browns.  The self proclaimed cowboy, "The Kid", enjoyed western movies, history, camping and looking for Bigfoot. Family will receive friends on Monday from 3-7 p.m. at the David Martens & Son Funeral Home 4175 Rocky River Drive (between Lorain & Puritas). Inurnment North Royalton Cemetery.
