Norman Joseph Brindza Age 74. Passes away quietly on July 19th. Dear husband of Anita Renee (nee Albright) for 55 years. Loving father of Joseph (deceased), Thomas (deceased), Barbara Ann Delgado, Daniel James (Lisa) and Catherine Renee. Devoted grandfather of Jessica Nicole and Anthony Carlos Delgado. Dear son of the late Julia (nee Bublo) and Joseph Brindza Jr. Dear brother of Carol Marie (Thomas) Glynn. Loving uncle of many. Norm was a retired lithographer and was a proud GCIU member for 59 years and served as shop steward for many years. He was known as "Charmin Norman" who played practical jokes on his fellow employees. Norm graduated from West High School where he played saxophone in the marching band. He was a graduate of the Graphic Arts Institute. In retirement he worked for the Walter Martens & Sons Funeral Home. Norm served three years on the Federal Grand Jury under Judge Frank Battista. He also volunteered for St. Coleman Church, St. Rose of Lima Church and Cudell Improvement. Norm loved his grandchildren, cars and cigars. The family will receive friends Friday 4-8 p.m. at the David G. Martens & Son Funeral Home 4175 Rocky River DRive (between Lorain & Puritas). Funeral mass Saturday 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Trinity Church 14040 Puritas Avenue. Inurnment Holy Cross Cemetery. The famiy suggests memorial donations in Norm's name to Cudell Improvement 9821 Lorain Ave. Cleveland 44111
