Kenneth Detwiler

Kenneth B. Detwiler age 74 passed away suddenly on Thursday March 20th. Beloved husband of 24 years to the late Traci Rath Detwiler. Loving step father of Greg (Caitlin MacDonald) Grospitch and Sean (Kayla Gilroy) Kanuch. Cherished Grandpa of Maxwell, Millie and Myles. Son of the late Earl and Fern Detwiler.  Brother of Steve Detwiler (deceased), Ron and Sue Detwiler, and Karen (Robert) Rager. Uncle of many. Ken was a baseball coach to many for over 50 years. Ken coached many local High School and  CVBA teams and always loved when he was able to reconnect with past players. Many will remember Ken from his years of unique and effective coaching and his distinct leadership style. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday April 26th, 11:00 a.m. at St. Ladislas Catholic Church 2345 Bassett Road in Westlake. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Entombment at St. Joseph Cemetery in Avon immediately following mass.
