Josephine E. (Martin) Wasen

Josephine E. Wasen (nee Martin). Age    .   Beloved wife of the late Harold Wasen and Lawrence Witnik.  Loving mother of Lari (Jason) Rock, Ken (Jill) Witnik, Tom Witnik, Joe (Rose) Witnik and Jack Wasen.  Cherished grandmother of Jon, Jonah (deceased), Nathan, Callie, Mason, Logan, Evan, Makenna, Adeline and Phoenix.  Dear sister of Diana (Ken) Gatzke.  Aunt and great aunt of many.  Daughter of the late Kenneth and Dorothy Martin.  Josephine was a nurse for over 50 years in hospitals, nursing homes and home healthcare.  Memorial service will be held Saturday, March 29th, at 5:15 p.m. with Fr. Rob Ramser officiating at the David Martens & Son Funeral Home 4175 Rocky River Drive (between Lorain & Puritas).  Family will receive friends on Saturday from 3-6 p.m.

Josephine loved spending time with her family,  watching crime shows, Hallmark movies, and anything and everything to do with winter and Christmas time. No one loved snow more than Jo!
