Gina Baroness Kovach

Gina Baroness Kovach, passed away unexpectedly on January 4th, 2024, just shy of her 39th birthday.  She was born on January 8th, 1985.  Gina is survived by her fiancé Chris Bokjanc and her father Joseph Kovach.  Forever remembered by her family: Steven and Becky Kovach, Danielle Kovach , Peter and Cheryl DiGiacomantonio, Nick and Jeannie Trankito, Niculae and Karen Mihaila.  She is also loved and remembered by cousins: Sophie Manzelli (Carl), Donna Kovach, Danny Kovach, Nicholas Trankito (Krystle), Santina Sgro-Seminsky (Richard), Gianna Tremoulis (Peter), and Rosario Sgro (Desiree).

Gina was predeceased by her mother Rosetta Kovach (nee Trankito).

Gina was born in Miami Beach, Florida.  She grew up in Solon, Ohio attending Solon high school.  She later graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor's degree in education and a Master's in business administration.

Gina was an interesting and passionate person who took on many hobbies. One of which included a love of language she inherited from her mom.  She had incredible drive, a love of travel and was a super-fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Gina made an impact on many lives.  She will be forever missed.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 10th, 10:30 a.m. at the David Martens & Son Funeral Home 4175 Rocky River Drive (between Lorain & Puritas). Interment Holy Cross
