 Loving Sister of Katherine O’Riley, Lorraine Culver, Linda Casebolt, Vernon Rowe, Alice Halterman ,Michael Rowe, Charley Rowe, Dondi Rowe. Beloved mother of Tina Lori Davila, Verlin Jr Jobe, Timothy Jobe, Anthony Jobe, Sharon Arnold. Cherished grandmother of Destiny Jobe, Toni Jobe, John Jobe, Ava Arnold, Ella Arnold and many others  Great grandmother of Zoey Smith, Chloe Smith, Brooke Smith, Maeve Smith, Willow McClendon, Rowan McClendon, Ethan Jobe, Lydia Jobe and others. Dearest Daughter of the late Nellie Vance and Joseph Rowe.
