William F. Clines  Age 86.  Passed away April 29th at Parma Care Center.  Beloved partner of Sally Ryan (nee Buchanan) for 29 years.  Loving dad of Karl (Jessica Starnes) Clines of Nelsonville, Ohio.  Cherished papa of Elena.  Daughter-in-law Darlene (Ed, deceased) Ryan. Grandchildren Chris, Brittany and Pat.  Great grandchildren Christee, Travis, Anthony, McKenna, Dakota and Nash.  Dearest brother of Elaine McNulty.  U.S. Navy veteran,  Bill was in construction  during his working years and loved to work in the yard.  When going on vacation he loved traveling by train and he actually traveled almost 20,000 miles by rail.  Inurnment will be at Sunset Memorial Park on Saturday, May 17th at 1:00 p.m.
