TIMOTHY EMIL DORRER, I. age 53, of West 168th St., Cleveland. Entered into eternal rest on Wednesday October 7, 2009 at Fairview Hospital with his son, Timothy, by his side. Born December 29, 1955, to Emil and Helen Dorrer, he attended St. Joseph's Elementary School and Strongsville Junior and Senior High Schools. He worked in the construction field until he was employed by the City of Cleveland Street Department, where he worked for a number of years, until he retired on disability. Tim enjoyed playing volleyball and kick-boxing, at the Gunning Recreation Center, watching movies and television and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his mother, Helen Dorrer of Strongsville, Ohio; his daughter, Michele and her husband, David Pearce, of Plattsburgh, NY; his sons, Timothy and Eric Dorrer, of Cleveland, OH; his grandchildren, Teddy Pearce, Vanessa, Timothy and Leah Dorrer and Erica and Emily Dorrer and friend Nora Dorfeld. He was predeceased by his father, Emil Joseph Dorrer. There will be a graveside service on Friday, October 9, 2009, 10 a.m., at Eastlawn Memory Gardens, in Brunswick, OH, where he will be laid to rest. Arrangements by DAVID G.
