RICHARD J. HARTER age 90, beloved husband of Mary C for 53 years (deceased October 11, 2010), loving father of Thomas (Allison), Diane Bugaj (Frank) and Elaine Stanley (Thomas), dear grandfather of Alexander (Sabrina), Brittany, Stephen (Amy), Daniel (Brittany), and great grandfather as well. Brother of Robert and late Patricia Vapenik. Richard was a 1953 graduate of St. Ignatius High School, and he loved rooting for the various Wildcats sports teams. U.S. Army Korea veteran. Passed away, January 14, 2026. A  graveside memorial service will take place at St. Joseph's cemetery in Avon, Ohio on May 8th at 11:30 a.m. Please meet at cemetery.
