James J. McAndrew  Age 79 of North Olmsted, Ohio. Born in Glasgow, Scotland on September 20, 1936. Beloved husband of Marlene (nee Middlestetter) for 53 years. Father of James O., Patrick J. and Noreen A. McAndrew. Grandfather of Lori, Elise and Owen. Great grandfather of Aubrey. Brother of Catherine (deceased)(Neil) Galloway.  Graduated from St. Bonaventure High School in Glasgow, Scotland. Educated from 1955 with Ford Motor in Brook Park as a Journeyman Millwright. Called into the United States Army in 1959 and called back again in 1961. Retired from Ford Motor after 50 years. Member of American Legion Post 12 and VFW 9871. Funeral mass will be held Friday, September 16th, 10:00 a.m. at St. Mel Church 14436 Triskett Road. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the David Martens & Son Funeral Home 4175 Rocky River Drive (between Lorain & Puritas) Thursday 2-4 7-9 P.M.
