Grandma of Billy (Rachel) Burns and Holly (Kirk) Rounds. Great grandma of Logan, Olivia and Justin. Sister of Virginia Sepsi and the late William, Montgomery, John, Andrew, Charles, Ida, Genevieve, Isabella and Rosina. Frankie founded Brown's Flowers in 1953 and operated it until 1980 when her daughter Renee and son-in-law Bill took over. Memorial services will be held Sunday, Feb. 7, 3 p.m., at the DAVID G.
