Carol Jean Vale (nee Wasniak). Age 71. Passed away peacefully on May 16th. Loving mother of Jennifer Black and Alyson Hyatt. Grandmother of Justin and Jacob Black, Serena Vale and Briar Hyatt.  Dear sister of Richard Wasniak (deceased) and Patricia Lecian. Lifelong friend of Kaye Seegert. Survived by her granddogs Lucy and Mitzi.  Carol worked for many years at the Hermit Club in downtown Cleveland where she formed many lifelong friendships. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening.  She took great pleasure in her flower beds and seeing her morning glories and sunflowers bloom. Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 22nd, from 11:00 until 1:00 p.m. at Trinity Church 9500 Lindbergh Boulevard in Olmsted Falls with luncheon to follow the service at the church.
